With long-standing experience in environmental projects and a specialization in Carbon Footprint Assessment, ENVIROMETRICS has been a pioneer since 2002, maintaining an active presence and operations in 11 countries. To date, the company has implemented over 70 Carbon Footprint projects, 300 Product Environmental Footprint projects, and 75 projects related to Energy Efficiency, Emission Reduction, and Energy Audits.

The company’s primary objective is to serve as a reliable partner and facilitator for both small and large organizations in their efforts to:

  • Address the challenges of Climate Change,
  • Comply with environmental standards and regulations,
  • Design and implement Sustainability Strategies,
  • Conduct environmental measurements, and
  • Improve their working environment.

Furthermore, ENVIROMETRICS offers services in environmental assessment of investment projects, waste characterization and management, preparation of Taxonomy compliance reports, and odor management plans.

The company’s business strategy is founded upon two key pillars: the environment and people. All services are designed to support the global Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ensure compliance with both environmental and other relevant standards and requirements.

The organization’s work contributes significantly to combating climate change, reducing carbon dioxide emissions, and promoting environmentally responsible practices and procedures that guarantee employee health and safety. ENVIROMETRICS also supports the assessment of investments aligned with the EU Taxonomy Regulation and the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle.

ENVIROMETRICS acts as an Environmental Consultant for public authorities and institutional organizations, offering its experience and technical expertise in shaping frameworks, policies, and specifications related to Environment, Energy, and Climate Change.

Through the implementation of its Environmental and Energy Management Systems, the company systematically records and evaluates data on:

  • Direct and indirect energy consumption,
  • Waste generation and management,
  • Water and resource consumption, and
  • Material use.

It performs detailed calculations of its own carbon footprint, followed by verification of these calculations.

To reduce its environmental and carbon footprint, ENVIROMETRICS has adopted a comprehensive action plan that includes:

  • Replacing 60% of its corporate vehicle fleet with hybrid vehicles,
  • Energy-saving initiatives,
  • Implementation of a recycling and alternative waste management program (including cigarette waste management), and
  • Partnership with a specialized organization for the management of waste generated by its accredited laboratory.

ENVIROMETRICS maintains continuous dialogue with its stakeholders (public bodies, partners, clients, local communities, and employees) through open channels of communication. This ongoing consultation helps identify material ESG issues, which are then incorporated into the design and implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy.

With extensive experience in preparing Stakeholder Engagement Plans, ENVIROMETRICS uses this expertise to identify and meet stakeholder expectations and needs, ensuring alignment between corporate activities and stakeholder priorities.

The ENVIROMETRICS team currently consists of 42 employees and a group of external partners.

Senior management is fully committed to non-discrimination and gender equality, ensuring equal pay between men and women and promoting female participation across all organizational levels.

In addition, employees regularly attend workshops, seminars, and conferences organized by recognized institutions in Greece and abroad, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of market and technological developments.

A key mechanism for staff growth is the Internal Development and Utilization Plan, which enables employees to gain multidisciplinary knowledge and develop new skills, fully exploring and leveraging their potential and talents.

ENVIROMETRICS also contributes to client and partner education, offering specialized seminars on environmental, energy, and sustainability topics.

The company actively collaborates on research and development projects with higher education institutions, including the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA) and the Technical University of Crete. It also welcomes students and postgraduates for internships in relevant departments.
